Nathan Myhrvold’s third book- The Photography of Modernist Cuisine has just been released and to celebrate, the Modernist Cuisine team will be exhibiting images and videos at this year’s Experimental Food Society Spectacular.
The exhibition will allow visitors to see huge, blow up versions of the imagery from the books for the first time in the UK and those who haven’t had a chance to see the previous books, Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking and Modernist Cuisine at Home, an opportunity to find out what all the fuss is about!
The Experimental Food Society Spectacular is running at The Truman Brewery on the 8th and 9th November. A must-see for any food lovers, the exhibition features displays and talks by talented and pioneering gourmet artists from across the world.
