Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Here’s a recipe I’ve fine tuned.

2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 thumb of finely shredded fresh ginger
1 clove finely chopped garlic
A touch of chilli flakes to taste

Marinate 2x 150g fillets of salmon in the above mixture for 15-30minutes
Pan fry for around 4 minutes each side
