About Charlie Nelson

Charlie's food and drink career to-date has involved being a lightning pot-washer, mediocre barista, aspiring cook, restaurant and drinks magazine designer and foodservice industry analyst. As a wingeing youngster he embarrassed his parents by crying in a French restaurant because the snails served were cold whelks not hot buttered garlicky numbers. Charlie wishes that there were more than three mealtimes a day and pizza for breakfast was the norm.
