pilpelTo you a falafel is just ball of fried chickpeas, to Uri Dinay they’re his life.  Profound as this may sound, Uri has been brought up on the humble chickpea based snack and has nicked his old family recipes to open this new takeaway restaurant.  Sitting just round the corner from Spitalfields market, Pilpel specialises in fresh, wholesome and great value houmous and falafel based snacks - and nothing else.  Expect to pay around £4 for a substantial wrap.  www.pilpel.co.uk
